I gave exam of dca from ignou, (Institute name-innovative institute, nisha complex, 1st floor, korba). I along with rest of my colleagues haven't got the marksheet. I gave 1st semester exam on may-june 2012 and 2nd semester exam on feb-mar 2013 of dca, but till date i havent got the marksheet. Every time i used to ask for marksheet, the owner of institute used to say that he could provide us the marksheet from nicetech or give exam again to get marksheet from ignou.
I was too fed up so i stopped trying. Please look into the matter and provide me a solution for the same.
