[Resolved]  Indira Gandhi National Open University — my provisional certificate have not received yet now

I completed my graduation from ignou in the month june 2018 and i lookout for m.com. There fore i will be requiring my provisional degree certificate for proving my qualification and i talked to your helpline number they said that they had to send my marksheet on my registered address on date 26 august but i have not receiveed yet now there fore i would be much obliged if you could send my docket number that i would be tracked my marksheet location
