Indira Gandhi National Open University — Non-receipt of my BDP Certificate

Dear Sir, I (Marvan E K, Enrolment No.[protected] would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that I have cleared all my Term End Exams, but till date I have not received my Certificate / Degree . On online verification I found that my Grade card status of ECO09 and ECO11 shows 'Incomplete Status' (although I have passed my Term end Exams). I need my certificate as soon as possible to attend for interviews. Kindly look into the matter and guide me so that I can receive my certificate/ degree.
