Indira Gandhi National Open University — non-receipt of provisional certificate and grade card - enrolment no.[protected]

I have completed my ma course in philosophy (Mapy) in dec 2016 term end examination. So far i have not received by provisional certificate and grade card. Though i have submitted complaints through grievance cell few times, no action has not been taken so far. I request you to do the needful to get my certificate and grade card.
