Indira Gandhi National Open University — non receipt of study material for dce course

The dispatch status shows the delivery of two books on 13th april 2018 whereas out of 4 books i haven't received any. I contacted regional centre but even there they haven't got the returned copy if not delivered to me. I very kindly would request you to look into the matter concerned as this is getting exeptionally delayed.
