I mohd murtaza, enrollment no.[[protected]], course ma, regional centre - srinagar is here by forwarding my grievance of "non receipt of the marksheet" till date. It is to inform you that despite of completion of ma course on march 2018 i was not yet provided marksheet due to which i am unable to take admissions for the further studies and various courses.
This is a message to ignou, "i would really be very much obliged if you send me the marksheet to the under mentioned address at the earliest so that i can carry out my further studies. Also i request you that i may be intimated the progress and process of the queries of my grievance in writing in the address mentioned below. Thanking you"
