I am Ninad Mahantare .i am pursuing MA degree in political science from IGNOU University.My issue is regarding study material .IGNOU sent only 50% material and only 30 days remaining for exam .and there is no contact no. For complaint registration, IGNOU centre don't provide material and they dont have authority of study material.i request to authority to take necessary and quick about it.
