Indira Gandhi National Open University — not received provisional certificate & marksheet

I am facing a lot of problems dealing with ignou. They don't even respond to calls & mails. As in the starting i faced problems regarding study material and other important issues and now after finally completed mcom in july i have not yet received my provisional certificate & mark sheet. I required it as soon as possible to take admission for further studies. So kindly help me for the same.
