Indira Gandhi National Open University — One Assignment marks not updated

Dear Sir/Ma'am, My name is Rakhi Kumari and my enrollment no is[protected] and study center 0769 Regional center Delhi 02. I was submitted my assignment in October 2021 through courier in study center 0769.I have got marks for three assignments but marks for 1 (AHE01) assignment have not been given due to which I am not able to apply for higher studies.I am in final year and my result is not getting declared due to not getting marks in one assignment.Sir it has been 3 months while waiting please update my assignment marks so that I can apply for further study please.
