I have paid my online admission fess of Rs7300/- on 20th october 2022 but the status was showing failed in the IGNOU portal (money debited from my account), so I paid for the second time which was succesfull.
So the money debited from my account twice. I contacted the bank regarding the failed transaction but bank replied that the transaction was succesful and to contact the merchant for refund. I raised a grievance in the IGNOU portal .but they replied to send mail to [protected]@ignou.ac.in; [protected]@ignou.acin; [protected]@ignou.ac.in;[protected]@ignou.ac.in. But even after sending mail to them and reminders for 10 times there is not any reply.
Kidly provide resolution by refunding Rs 7300/- excess amount paid by me.
