Indira Gandhi National Open University — Provisional Certificate and IGNOU marksheet not received

I, Norbert, have completed my degree from IGNOU batch:[protected], program:Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) pass out year 2020, but I haven't got my provisional certificate and mark sheet from IGNOU. I have tried to contact my regional centre via helpline number and email but I haven't got any response from them, I have also tried to contact delhi head office via contact number so far no response from either of them. Provisional certificate is required for my future possibilities in the form of a job or higher education.
I request you to kindly look into it as soon possible as it's a matter o[censored]rgency.
