Indira Gandhi National Open University — Refund amount

Hello,

I have paid 9500 in total to IGNOU for MCOM in Ahmedabad.
I cancelled my admission within 15 days. However i haven't received my refund plus they are not even picking up calls or replying accurately to email. All they do is just shut the ticket by providing Common Prospects or email ids. I request you to please help me out. I am in need of money. I just want to know within how many days will i receive my fund?
