I m kirti butola. My enrolment no. Is[protected]. I hv submitted my ignou mcom fees. But when first transaction has been failed then i tried again. My fees has submmited of rs 241 (Ibo4.. Ibo6) in 2nd transaction. But later i got check my bank account balance ignou fees has been deducted 2 times from my account... May be its server issue. So pls resolve our concern as soon as posible & refund my amount.
