[Resolved]  Indira Gandhi National Open University — Refund not received after admission cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is with extreme concern that I inform you that I have not yet received the refund concerning my admission cancellation (Name: Filza Ariba, Control Number: [protected]S). My admission was cancelled on 29th March 2022, and I had sent first mail concerning refund on 31st March 2022.I also sent reminder mail on 5th April 2022 alongwith admission application form. I have been continuously sending emails concerning this subject, the last email was sent on 25th April 2022.

I have not received any response from your end regarding this subject and now it has become mentally upsetting and frustrating problem for me. Sir/Madam, I do not come from a financially strong family background and I have some critical work to do with this amount. So, I request you to please process my refund as soon as possible. It would also be great if you could let me know where I can escalate this issue.
