we all students are facing a biv problem from during the exam fee payment through online mode
i want to tell you that when we oay examination fee online uts shows transaaction failed and after that we made new another transaction byt after sometime we know that our amount is deducted twice and thrice
the worst thing is that when we try to contact with ignou department on [protected] noone is available to attend our call then we choose second oprion we send mail [protected]@ignou.ac.in
but they never reply
now please tell us who will refund my excess amount of examination fee deducted by ignou...we are suffering but they dont care about us
