Indira Gandhi National Open University — Revaluation result is not updated and regional center is not replying to any emails

Respected sir
I am varsha sharma student of ignou of programme bcom having enrolment no.[protected] i applied for the revaluation result and for answer sheet for eco10( cost accounting) but my result is not declare even after 60 days i.e. as per the rule IGNOU has supposed to declared the result within the 45 Days Since applied for revaluation. I want to do further study but due to this subject my degree is on hold So, please declare my result asap kindly contact me my email id [protected]@gmail.com
