Indira Gandhi National Open University — Reversal of payments

I dont know if this would help. Coz of sent hundred of mails and made numerous calls to ignou but nobody has even responded to those mails. Which only makes me realise how it functions.
I was filling my exam form in march and the payment was debuted twice. Nobody has the courtesy to refund this amount. Today is 31st may and i havnt still received my money. I regret that i got associated with such a university.
Very bad experience i would definitely never refer anyone to this so called educational institution
