IndiTab — Deficiencies in Professional services received | |||
Respected Team, This is in realtion to ongoing compliance services obtained by me. In this regard, i would like to highlight that for FY 2019-20 a professional fee amounting to INR 5600 had been paid by me for GST Compliances. In relation to aforesaid assistance please note that i have not received professional services on best endevour basis as committed to me earlier. This resulting in imposition of late fee amounting to INR 18, 500 approx by Government authorities. Please note that at the time of Obtaining GST your employee has inserted his mobile number on account of which no communication from GST department received to me. GST returns have not filed from long and no reminder is escalated to me by your staff expect message dated 21 March 2020. There is option that return can be filed without late fee paymwnt before 30 September 2020 but no as communication has been received from your staff. I am a tax complaint person and obliged towards my government and need my registration to continue. I request for your kind intervention in the metter since i am not going to bear whole late fee on my own. I am going to escalate this on my twitter page, ICAI institute, consumer court and to other official social page in case no positive respond is received from you. I don’t even have my login credentials through which i can check my details and my user id and password is also not communicated to me. I will complaint to GST authorities that my login credentials are misused by your company. Hope the concern would be appreciated, please feel free to revert in case you need any clarification.
