IndiTab — Extra amount deducted for recharge ,failed to give services and failed to refund

I had done my fastag recharge of rs2000 on 3rd June .Inditab deducted rs2059 in the name of service charge.The amount was debited from my account and recharge was unsuccessful.The company put only rs2000 in my wallet and I requested through emails to refund entire amount to my account to which they never responded. Now they are not even picking up my calls.
