Today I have faced the same issue. Recharged for 139 And failed. Money went to indicash. I logged in to inditab with google account and found my cash 139 in my wallet. So I tried with refund indicash and given my bank details and submitted to refund 139 but it says technical error. So simply I have given 130 to refund and my money credited my account immediately. This is because to refund amount they are charging rs. 3 so could not able to refund 139 and it failed with technical error. So try the same with rupees 3 less.
