Payment got debited but rcharge not done...

I have made the payment of prepaid recharge, amount is debited. However, recharge is not done....

I recharged my fastag of 2525rs (consist of 25 rs convenience fees )
It uses payment gateway of payu I made payment to payu with Paytm wallet and transaction got sucessful on payu gateway and it redirected me on ease my deal website it showed recharge pending wait for 30 minutes.after 30minutes it got failed 4 days over on 25.4.22 still haven't received my refund yet customer care is not at all replying on e-mail nor picking up phone...

I have made a recharge on jio mobile no -+[protected]
On 20th april 2022 Wednesday transaction id T2204201416249642715616 money hasbeen debited but recharge is still pending, please see into the matter asap...

This is to inform you that I have done a recharge of 479 on 24th April 2022 using my Bhim UPI ID ([protected]@upi) for which payment was successful against transaction number[protected] but recharge amount is not credited to my mobile no. and today also I tried to recharge again of 719 on 25th April 2022 using my Paytm Again the amount is not credited into my mobile.

Today made a payment of Rs.733.28 towards recharging my mobile no [protected] through hdfc netbanking. But the recharge is not successfull. please arange to refund the amount to my banker recharging my mobile....

I have recharged my Vi mobile sim for Rs. 329 at 0930 hrs on 22 Apr 22. Money deducted from my bank account but recharge not done. Your customer care service is switched off....

I have recharged for my jio no from inditab. My payment was deducted from my gpay account but recharged had not been received yet...please look into this matter and reply us as soon as possible...

I made a online payment for my VI postpaid bill of Rs. 424.25 via payuInditabesolution on 2nd April 2022, however the same is neither credit to my postpaid account nor refund received.

I have jio recharge 239 on 08.04.2022 on number [protected] jio number payment deducted 243 but recharge not done.it is happend so many times.check at your end and relese my previous amont as early as posible.this is happend only your site. If payment not done earliest i will go with cyber crime complient.

Recharge failed but money deducted...

11th March at 10:30 am, I paid my Airtel postpaid bill through your website and link ...but till date the payment has not been posted to my mobile account... They have suspended my mobile services and I am facing inconvenience due to this.. the amount of 363/- has been debited from my credit card. Pls help and track the payment and post it to my Airtel account...I am attaching the proof of payment made through you ..

I have done an online payment to Inditab of Rs. 410 through Phonepe App.
It hasn't been reflected in Vodafone. I request either to reflect in the Vodafone account or refund back the amount at the earliest.
