I will made a mobile bill payment on 2nd Feb 2022 and 7th Feb 2022 of Rs.951.12 but those payments are unsuccessful and those amounts deduct from my account but still not received those amounts in my account.

    I applied a recharge of vi for 299 but it's unsuccessful but balance was deducted from my bank account.order I'd - INDRA[protected]

      I came across this website to payment of my electricity bill which was overdue i payed huge amount of rs 11, 095 +25 as their charge money got deducted immediately and status showed technical error and successfull underg but it failed after 7 hours again refunded to my wallet i tried paying again and deducted but not cleared. I tried their customer care which has not been working, email also not working i dont know where to complain against this company for looting peoples money seeing all these complaints.if we should approach cyber cell or if the company address is really there . My loss is not a small amount i am worried if company can refund please help me

      It has not been resolved they just put money in the wallet and i tried to retry the wallet money did fail again & again they put money in useless wallet i dont know how to get money back to my account . The replied me with same computer generated message

                I recharged my fastag of 2525rs (consist of 25 rs convenience fees )
                It uses payment gateway of payu I made payment to payu with Paytm wallet and transaction got sucessful on payu gateway and it redirected me on ease my deal website it showed recharge pending wait for 30 minutes.after 30minutes it got failed 4 days over on 25.4.22 still haven't received my refund yet customer care is not at all replying on e-mail nor picking up phone call I have lost my 2500rs please help me to get out of this and give me refund.

                    This is to inform you that I have done a recharge of 479 on 24th April 2022 using my Bhim UPI ID ([protected]@upi) for which payment was successful against transaction number[protected] but recharge amount is not credited to my mobile no. and today also I tried to recharge again of 719 on 25th April 2022 using my Paytm Again the amount is not credited into my mobile.

                    I request you to kindly look into this matter, check the transaction, and credit the amount in my account as soon as possible

                        Subject: Payment made through PayTM for Jio Mobile Recharge

                        This is regarding a payment of Rs. 899/- made on 23 April 2022 at 3:57 pm from Mobile no. [protected] vide UPI Ref. No.[protected] for recharge of Jio Mobile No. [protected].

                        Till now the payment has not reached Jio and as such, my mobile has not been recharged.

                        Please look into the matter urgently. Please apply the money or refund it to my account immediately. The recharge is expiring today and I will not be able to use this number from now onwards.

                                    Inditab payu ref.no.[protected] for Rs.699/- dated[protected]
                                    Inditab payu ref.no.[protected] for Rs.20/- dated[protected]
                                    Both the above upi transactions were on the respective date for the recharge of the prepaid Mobile no.[protected], on both the occasions the amts. were deducted from my bank a/c, but the intended mobile recharge did not take place.
                                    On writing to the bank on the above issue they have directed me to get a confirmation from the merchant that the above amts. were not credited to their a/c and hence the recharge did not take place.So please do the needful and issue a clarification so that I can get back my money in my a/c.

                                      I made a online payment for my VI postpaid bill of Rs. 424.25 via payuInditabesolution on 2nd April 2022, however the same is neither credit to my postpaid account nor refund received.

                                      Since 3rd of April 2022 I did called numerous times on customer care nos. [protected] and [protected] mentioned on their website to inquire about the non payment or refund procedure but both the nos. are either switched off or unresponsive.
