IndiTab — Money debited from my wallet but did not credited the same amount which I had transferred through upi

My wallet is debited Rs 4999 but admin did not credit the same amount which I had transferred through upi .So my wallet is showing negative balance.
I can't do any transaction/ recharge because wallet balance is negative.
I tried contacting customer support on WhatsApp but they read the texts but don't reply. It is being 2 days no1 assisted yet.
I am feeling like I am the victim of this fraud company.

Please assist.
