IndiTab — my sb account debited but mobile charge is not happened

On 11/08/2020 at around' 10.58 am my sb account[protected] was debited for rs 698.25 to recharge vodaphone mobile no [protected]. It was not recharge. Money is credited to indtab. I have not received refund yet. This transaction was done online net banking.
