IndiTab — Pan Card Correction

I have applied for PAN card correction and uploaded the documents online. Also, I have couriered the physical documents to their office (PAN inditab Noida) for verification as asked by them. The documents were receipt by them on 14th March 24. The sign (by Mr. Rinku from PAN office) and stamp was given for receipt confirmation. They lost my documents and keep lying that they have not received the documents yet. Today I have got it verified by courier team again that documents were received on Thursday. Now I am writing them to consider the online documents and do the needful.
