Dear sir, my state bank of India savings bank account is [protected]. A transaction of Rs 676.37 was made towards the Jio recharge of Mobile No [protected] from this account on 26.06.2022 by service provider Inditab Esolutions Private Limited. An amount of Rs 676.37 got deducted from this account but the recharge failed due to internet problems of the service provider. I waited till now for the realisation of this amount but there is no refund so far. Kindly take up the matter at the earliest with the Inditab Esolutions Private Limited for realisation of the stated amount.
