IndiTab — Refund of failed transaction not received

I recharged my fastag of 2525rs (consist of 25 rs convenience fees )
It uses payment gateway of payu I made payment to payu with Paytm wallet and transaction got sucessful on payu gateway and it redirected me on ease my deal website it showed recharge pending wait for 30 minutes.after 30minutes it got failed 4 days over on 25.4.22 still haven't received my refund yet customer care is not at all replying on e-mail nor picking up phone call I have lost my 2500rs please help me to get out of this and give me refund.
