IndiTab — Refund of Payment

A sum of Rs.526.96 was paid to your company on 8th Feb., 2024 through Internet Banking Transfer to[protected] INB INDITAB E solutions Privat with reference no.[protected] IGAQVHCAY2. The amount was recovered back by you and the matter was declared as resolved but the credit has not been paid back to the remitted Banker for credit back to my account. As no service has been provided and the amount is lying with you, please arrange to remit back the amount so that the necessary credit is afforded back to my account. Please see the ammended details and do the needful.

The amount of Rs.526.96 was paid by me through internet banking on 8th Feb, 2024 for recharge of Mobile no. [protected] with Airtel. Since the recharge was not effected, a request was made to stop the transaction and refund. Later on the amount was shown as recharged in the mobile no. [protected] and was simultaniously recovered but the same has not been refunded to my account from where the payment was made. Since the service has not been provided, the amount may please be credited back to my account which is being held by INDITAB.
