IndiTab — Rs. 555/- recharged for Jio number[protected] but not credited to my account

Ref: Jio pre-paid recharge for Cell No.[protected]


On 19.09.21 I have made payment of Rs. 555/- for recharge pre-paid connection plan ( selected from the list ). That has not been credited till today to my connection.
Please let me know the status, if it is not possible, please reverse the bill amount at the earliest
