I have been using INDMoney (Finzoom Investment Advisors Private Limited) to trade US stocks for a few months now, but have been unable to do so since mid-April 2022 because it constantly gives me the below error:
“Your IND super saver account powered by SBM Bank (India) is temporarily unavailable as we require some more information from you.Please write in to [protected]@indmoney.com so we can assist you immediately.”
I have raised numerous tickets since the 3rd of May, and always get responses which make no sense at all, and don’t even acknowledge the problem. Each time, I am promised a resolution within 2-3 business days (and sometimes 5-7 business days), and yet the problem persists for more than 2 months.
The customer care makes false promises, and ends every message with “we hope we have resolved your issue” even when they haven’t even identified the issue! No amount of follow ups or tickets help get a resolution.
