Indmoney me referel karke many accound open kiya but clame kard nahi milre ye prroblom keliye ticat register kiya bahut din hogya abi tak problom solved nahi .indmoney me koyi costumer care number be nahi lagre .. mene ticat register kiya lekin koyi AGENTr na kall na solve ishue ples sab issme invest nahi karo . Bad Behaviour many agent ind money koyi mat use karo indmoney

Pending dikhte or clame card be nahi milre Allrady submit ticat 20 days now still active and no response any agent . Koyi costumer care number nahi . Ind money me refrel kiya many member but clame card nahi milre 20 days ka upper hogya still pending problom koyi be agent kal be nahi karte na koyi response.. koyi problom be solved nahi karte ples koyibe ind money money me invest na karo koyi dikkat ho na solv ho jayega ... vest experience INDMONEY AGENT. ... Mutual Fund
I have done a SIP in mutual fund through IND Money and my SIP date is 27th of June but on 23rd Of June I was change the date and my SIP Date is 1st Of July but on 27th Of June they deduct ESC charges of 1180/- .
They not informed me about this before like "your SIP date is on 27th June please make sufficiante balance to your account".
so how I know that they will deduct the money and I talk to them several time regarding this but all the time they blame on me that I have not make sufficiante Amount on my acount.
But I already Change the SIP date then how i know that they will deduct any amount from My account.

Failure to deliver promised banking service, and unethical customer service practices

I have been using INDMoney (Finzoom Investment Advisors Private Limited) to trade US stocks for a few months now, but have been unable to do so since mid-April 2022 because it constantly gives me the below error:
“Your IND super saver account powered by SBM Bank (India) is temporarily unavailable as we require some more information from you.Please write in to [protected]@indmoney.com so we can assist you immediately.”
I have raised numerous tickets since the 3rd of May, and always get responses which make no sense at all, and don’t even acknowledge the problem. Each time, I am promised a resolution within 2-3 business days (and sometimes 5-7 business days), and yet the problem persists for more than 2 months.
The customer care makes false promises, and ends every message with “we hope we have resolved your issue” even when they haven’t even identified the issue! No amount of follow ups or tickets help get a resolution.
