Kachra vahan doesn't provide the facility for which it has been planned i live in 179 anand nagar chitawad road near medipearl hospital navlakha . Driver on the kachra vahan always turns off or lowers the volume whenever it enters our street and the vahan doesn't even arrive regularly
I just want an strict action against it
