Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — choked drainage lines every other month

Respected sir,
I live in 3/29 vijay nagar indore and have been enduring choked drainage lines from past 5 years. We have complained several times regarding the issue but the workers come and see to it but after a month or so again the same problem arises because of the old chamber lines. Kindly look into the matter as we residents are suffering a lot because of it.
