I am ramkumar mishra plot no 987 zone 14, ward 79 near hawabangla, cat road. My neighbour plot no 983 mahendra so rajaram zone 14 ward 79 has no drainage system they allow to flow the water on road through road it goes in empty plots stay water made up a swamp, one of empty plots is mine of which they are taking wrong advantage, swamp causing problems to residents, they also throw garbage in that swamp, group of swine scrabble and spread the garbage, passerby suffers due to it.
