Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Garbage Van not coming on regularly and no sound

Garbage van is coming on alternate days in Mahalaxmi Nagar Indore in kibs hospital lan. There is no sound/ horn to inform residents. Even if we see the vehicle, the driver is not ready to wait until we take the garbage till the door.
