Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Garbage van not picking up waste

I am resident of Rajendra Nagar, Indore. Our neighbor house (7-C, Rajendra Nagar) is closed since 2-3 years and lots of waste has been kept in front of their house which is now home of mosquitoes and insects. We asked garbage van people to pick it up several times but they said its not their task and asked to call Daroga. we called Daroga too, but every time he said he is coming today and that day never came.
Also neighbor has the 'Ashoka Tree' in their premises which has grown to big extent. its branches are falling over the electric pole and lines as well now which may cause big electrical accident. Also that tree is a home of lots of bats.
Please look into both of these issues ASAP.
