Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Harassing by builder after taking money

Dear sir

I have purchased one plot from builder and also gave construction also but from the day 1st after taking money he is harassing us.

Firstly he was putting low quality bricks, then low quality cement after doing place complaints then he has replaced it.

And now he has taken for electricity 9500+ 500 + 200 but today he is calling me and telling that electricity is not working asking money.

He has forcibly taken my money which I gave payment online and he again fought with me that he will not take online payment and took cash payment.

I have told him many times that if your are not able to do my construction, please refund my all money . I Will hire another builder for construction but he is telling he will sell my plot to another person.

Please give me solution as we don't want to continue with that person as we don't have time to fight with him.

Now he has stopped my work and demanding for more money
