Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — i am complaining about leakage of chamber

My name is rajesh sable and i am stay at new prince nagar near wine shope bhehind mata temple kuswaha nagar indore madhya pradesh. Since today morning in front of my home the chamber leaking continuously and looking very bed & smell also coming very bed. I called the related department but no response. It's not one day problem but it's become the regular problem because it's happen always and we have to call imc. They do temporary solution and after some day again chamber leak and it's become the cycle. So i request you to please solve this issue immediately
