Respected Sir/Ma'am, We the citizens of Vigyan Nagar are facing the problems of stray dogs for a very long time. The number of dogs has increased and its become a problem for us. They cry like hell during night which is very irritating. They fight during morning and sometimes evenings as well and create such a chaos that not only our children but we adults are also afraid to step out of our houses. we are in very difficulty.
