Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Narmada Connection tap is broken at 142 C Rajendra Nagar

Dear Sir,
The tap of 142 C, Rajendra Nagar has been broken since more than one week now and a lot of water is wasted because of this daily. It is an empty plot.
Snaps of the same are attached for your reference.
It is requested to attend the issue ASAP in order to save precious water.

Earlier when the line was still intact and somebody took away / stole some of its parts and when water started wasting, I put a nipple and cork into it to stop the wastage but now again it is quite damage, d with those corks and nipple stolen, and not possible for me to repair. I'm not the owner but I can't see water being wasted.
A permanent solution in the sense that parts may not be taken away or stolen can be helpful until owner of the plot requests otherwise.
