Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — not collecting garbage from my house

As this is the diwali week a lot of garbage comes out. We have put some old flex board out in the dustbin kept outside the house. It has been 3 day n the van is not collecting the boards and they kept outside my house from three days. Today i asked the garbage collector that why he is not picking it up? He replied "we will not take it. Put this in other van which comes next". Is that how your workers behave with people?. I really wants a strict action against it.
