Subject - construction Against set guideline on plot no. 82 Vandana Nagar Main Indore
On behalf of residents of Vandana Nagar Main following point are brought in your kind notice.
House number 82 Vandana Nagar Main Indore is not being constructed as per the set guidelines and also as per the approved map. There is enhanced construction and no parking and MOS due to which there is blockage of ventilation in the neighbouring houses both the sides.. This is leading to unhygienic conditions and danger of people getting ill through the diseases caused by mosquitoes.
The porch side should be adherent to house no. 83 whereas it is not as per guideline and moreover no open space is left adhering house no. 81 also and due which the neighboring house will face lack of ventilation and light which is fundamental right of a citizen. This plot number 82 has area 1500 sq ft and person who is constructing house is not leaving any free space, because of that our house free space get affected. As per construction standard in residential colony house plan only passed when 8ft space leaved in front and in side. however owner of that plot is not leaving any free space.
It is know that the plot owner is constructing Hostel G+2 having 5 rooms and five toilets on each flour, in this way in a house of 1500 sq plot more that 50 students will reside in a very small house without any sufficient parking, again this will be a great headache and problem to the residents of this colony .
Please take action as soon as possible.
