Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — regarding daytime running of street lights.

I live in sheetal nagar, vijay nagar, indore.in the morning when go to my office i see that all the street lights are on in day also (They are on full day) in all the streets of sheetal nagar. I have been seeing this for last one year. This is only 1 kilo meter area i am talking about. May be in other areas also same is happening. This is wastage of energy. Please arrange a mechanism to switch off street lights in day time. So that energy can be saved and can be used for others.
