Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — related to polythene used by shopkeepers

Sir/Mam,
As polythene is banned in Indore as it is very hazardous to the environment and health but many shopkeepers were still using it.
One of the vendor name
""Charbhuja Misthan Bhandar"" Near Raj Kumar Bridge, New Dewas Road, Indore.
I asked him for biodegradable or paper bag instead of polythene...he started abusing me...""tumse kya matlab...tere baapp ka hai kya"" etc... etc...and many worst languages that i can't use here...he has cloth bag but he is still using polythene. Earlier one day i found chockroach in his Lassi and when i asked for him to replace he is saying that ""itna dikkat hai to peene kyun aaya"". He is using very hard and abusive language.
food is not hygenic there and he is also using polethenes ...
I request you to please put an enquiry on this shops and help people and punish such elements from the society...these people must be punished...as they are destroying the environment and they food is very hazardous to the people.

Plz cancel licence of these people...
