Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Street dog barking all night

There is a watchman's family who has kept a street dog and the dog barks entire night. Even after asking the watchman's family to take the dog inside, they let it stay outside and it keeps on barking. It is not their pet dog, it is just a street dog. It's been nights me and my old parents are not able to sleep at night. Please arrange for a dog pickup as even after multiple warnings the watchman is not taking any action. It will be really appreciated if the problem can be solved on priority.
