Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Waste collecting vehicle playing songs loud at 6:30 am.

Zone no. 18, and ward no. 63, vehicle number - MP09 GG 9278.
I'm shantanu jain, lives in Amit apartment, parsi mohalla, chhawani, indore - 452001. This vehicle comes daily around 6:20-6:40 and wakes all o[censored]s in building by playing this song and standing in front of the building for around 10-15 minutes, while they go have some tea nearby and open all the compartments of the vehicle.
That is very very irritating at that time, we understand that song is prepared to make people excited about segregating waste and aware, but at that time, we need to sleep. And also, that vehicle doesn't even collect waste from our building, our designated vehicle comes later at suitable time.
We tried making them understand by joining our hands, humbly requested them to not ring the song this loud and stand at one place, it really affects our sleep. I have my grandparents are home both are 85+, it really affects them and their health. They need suitable sleep. I have a brother who studies all day, has exams ongoing, why would he want to wake up at 6:30 without any reason. I am a working professional in IT, I want to wake up around 7:30-8 but this vehicle comes and breaks everyone's sleep. Please do something to make them understand. Don't play song at that time, or atleast don't stand the vehicle there and play songs.
