I received call from INDO SHOP on 7th of july and then on 9th of sept 2024 and they told me that they are from service department and ICICI card is getting this offer, discount card and gift.
I told her that I am not interested in this offer but she told me that this offer is not a choice and even I do not agree I will get charged in my card and then I will have no choice other than paying full amount.
She told me that if I face any issue I can cancel.
But now they have a term that if they fail to provide me any help then only i can cancel. I was never interested in this welcome kit. I also asked the executive to call me after sometime as i am busy but she was so hesitant and told me its urgent to complete call so they can can release my kit..I made the payment but later in that verification call i said I wish to cancel they told me to contact other team.
NOW NO ONE IS HELPING, i wish to cancel services and recive my refund of RS 9867 Was this information helpful? |
