I received call from INDO SHOP on 7th of july and then on 9th of sept 2024 and they told me that they are from service department and ICICI card is getting this offer, discount card and gift.
I told her that I am not interested in this offer but she told me that this offer is not a choice and even I do not agree I will get charged in my card and then I will have no choice other than paying full amount.

Few months ago, I received call from Indoshop saying it's from bank and you won a package of some coupons and stuff. Despite saying no like a million times, they insisted me for buying saying it's compulsory and it can lead to cancellation and forced me to made purchase to 10000. And they're very experienced scammers who only recorded the other calls not the marketing call where they forced me to buy it. I tried cancelling the same via calling or text over WhatsApp but they talked out rudely and denied to give the money back. Let's get together and take down them. They seem to enjoying scamming the income from middle class people and manipulate them with the help of false information.

Discounts can be availed by following the procedure mentioned on
the booklet/directory or on website like through pre-paid vouchers,
online shopping & By Flashing Card at selected outlets. This subscription would be valid for 1 year from the date of enrollment. This
will help you to avail up to 20% discounts on various brands. This card
is not a debit or credit card and not associated with any bank. This
card is for feedback purpose only.

4. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of any first Domestic Holiday voucher location.

5. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 5000 which can only be
redeemed On redemption of 2nd Domestic Holiday voucher location.

6. insurance 1 year validity covered 1 0 lakh 4 family member .

They did not allowed me to think more and kept pushing me until I made the payment through icici Collect Web portal and trusting on icici, I made the payment of Rs.9901/- to INDO Shop ( Screenshot attached )through my SBI Credit Card and after payment I got realize that I should cancel this order and I called to INDO Shop for Cancellation of above offer & refund of payment through Calls on their numbers [[protected]], [[protected]] and as well as written mails but they didn't listen & denied to cancel this order.

I got very surprised that they are doing fraud on behalf of Icici.
I request to you, please investigate this case at your level & refund to me my money and oblige me.

Today 22/11/2023, I Have Received a fake call from mobile no. +91-[protected]. on call a girl offering a holiday tour package on behaf of my credit card, and try to get 9, 999 payment agent this offer on "indoshop" SBI payment collect.

I received a call on 18/09/2023, from an agent stating that she was from the Credit Card Department and that I was opted for a credit card offer, being a valuable member.
She kept on insisting I pay for this offer, which was Rs. 9733/-, even after my refusal. She also mentioned that if I do not accept and pay, I may find random deductions in my credit card statement and I mustn't question them about that.
It literally felt like blackmail. She never once mentioned she was representing indoshop, but kept on saying she was from credit card Department.

As a new credit card owner, I failed to realize the situation, and I was also in a hurry for some work when she called.
I eventually subsided and agreed to it, when she told that I can get a refund if I don't feel like continuing with the offer.

After the payment, I got a mail-

There were a lot of other terms and conditions that I wasn't made aware of.

When I realized this and called the agent back, she persisted with her points and almost felt like reluctant to refund it. She's stalling now saying when I get the courier of vouchers delivered, I must send a photo for the refund to be processed, but on talking with another agent on the helpline, he refused to process the refund on any circumstances.

I have been given falsified info regarding their origin and intentions, and also subtly blackmailed to pay for the offer.

I would really love for this to be sorted out and my money refunded as soon as possible.

They called me and told me about the 5 benefits offer and i tought this is real so i paid them 9999 rupees but now i think this is fraud.
the benefits they told that i will get are:-
1.discount card of 15% valid for one year
2.fooding vouchers of 2500 rupees that will contain two vouchers
3. holiday voucher for 3 days 2 nights
4. accidental policy of 10 lakh
5.a gift voucher that contains 9 from which i can select any one

they told me that this offer is from kotak bank

I got a call today regarding 5 benefits offer in the name of kotak credit card and i paid for it because i really thought this is real the way they talked to me i paid them 9631 rupees and they said that the package will be delivered in 7 days. the following benefits they told me about are:- 1. 10 lakh accidental policy 2. 15% discount card 3. from the 9 gifts i can choose any one 4. holiday package 2 nights 3 days

The representative told me that she is calling from SBI and the bank is giving
You some offer on the card.and after so many conservation she convenience me on scheme.She told open the site SBI collect and then commercial services of after that I was told choose (indoshop)and payment 8999rs through my credit card deducted.
Please refund my money indoshop
Nor I was complaint senior division on credit card

I received a call today from Nidhi Sharma with phone number +91-[protected] claiming that I have earned multiple complimentary offers which my bank is providing me due to excellent credit score maintained by me. She stated the beow points -
1. Two exclusive Domestic Holiday vouchers for 3 day 2 nights for 2
adults and 2 children

2. A CYG (choose your gift) Voucher. There are 9 different items
mentioned on the CYG Voucher (Laptop Bag / Tie & Cufflink Set / Power
Bank Mobile Charger / Steam Iron / Belt / Shirt / Jeans / Wallet /
Shoes) from which you can select/choose any one item by following the
voucher redemption process mentioned on the voucher. There is no hidden charge for the redemption of CYG Voucher. Send voucher and id proof scan copies to our email id [protected]@IndoShop.In or you can also whats app the clear pictures.

3. A discounted card which will provide 305 discount on every pucharse, valid for 1 year.

4. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be redeemed On redemption of any first Domestic Holiday voucher location.

5. Food cash back/re-reimbursement voucher INR 2500 which can only be redeemed On redemption of 2nd Domestic Holiday voucher location.

6. COVID-19 Insurance FOR 1 year validity covered 1 lakh

All the above mentioned things at a price of Rs.8999/- out of which Rs.5000 is refundable at the time of availing hoiday package. I found it fraudulent act thus didn't proceed with the package. She bluffed about the bank initially that she is calling on behalf of the bank and later on when I forced her toemail the details then she mentioned the actual name of the company INDOSHOP.
I request you to kindly take some strict measures as they sound so convincing over the phone, enough to trap innocent people.
