RES7271276, Problem - Consumer submitted all documents to the builder and
finance company sanction loan and also disbursed to the builder without his
concern verifying his documents. According to the consumer the builder doing fraud
and submit fake documents he does not have any permission and NOC from the
corporate office. So consumers want to lodge Grievances regarding the process of
the company they charged for this and how can they disbursed home loans to the
builder against the illegal construction. Even the lodeg complaint to the finance
company but they neglecting their responsibility and closed his complaint without a solution.
