Hi all

i govardhan purchased a 4 wheel transport vehicle on m/s vinod stores for my stores for delivery through indostar capital finance limited

loan agreement no: cvsrnag0024534

the indostar company has charged me for cheque bounce charges but we have paid and cleared all the amount on preclosurse

we have given cheque for 3 times but the indostar company have ignored and overlooked our cheques to payments though we have enough baclance in the accounts
they have not changed

this has lead to the poor credit score and damaged our cibel report

we went to indostar office but there was no response from the officals working there

we have recieved the noc for the vehicle after the preclosure

I have query regarding this loan approval. I came to Know that the flat which i buy from the Builder is illegal after 3rd floor. And i had taken flat on 4th floor which i came to know from the Society is illegal floor. Which means my flat also an illegal flat.

Now, I'm paying for illegal flat and then after the VVMC will destroy the flat then i will loose my money and Flat. Or if it is legal flat and your branch had done legal...
