I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Indus Tower Installation Company. I recently applied to lease land through their website and it was stated that no registration fees would be charged to applicants. However, when I called the customer service number, I was informed that an agreement fee would be charged.

I am appalled at this and feel that this is a breach of trust. I would appreciate if you could investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that all future applicants of the company are not misled in this way.
